All product warranty notice
Crestline Bike Co. warrants each new Crestline bicycle frame against defects in workmanship and materials for 5 years from the purchase date of the original owner with proof of purchase. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item and is the sole remedy of the warranty. Your replacement item will be the same or similar frame model, and at the sole discretion of Crestline Bike Co. We cannot guarantee you will receive the same color item as the original item it is replacing.

 

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper assembly and not following recommended torque specifications
  • Improper follow-up maintenance or riding with loose bolts
  • Installation of parts or accessories not originally intended for, or compatible with, the frames as sold
  • Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, not following recommendations and information listed in FAQ's or neglect
  • Labor charges, shipping or other transportation charges for part replacement or changeover
  • Paint and graphics after a 150 day period immediately following the original purchase date *UV decals (Black on Black after a 120 day period immediately following the original purchase date)
  • any kind of collision
  • crashing
  • commercial activities
  • trick riding
  • riding with heavy loads
  • removal of aftermarket frame protection
  • riding with loose shock bolts, pivot axle collets, brake mount bolts or rear axle.
  • or any similar activities or misuse
It should be noted that such uses may damage the bicycle, bicycles motor or drivetrain, can cause serious injury to the rider, and in all cases will void the warranty. This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the frame, and or it’s components.
This warranty extends from the date of purchase, applies only to the original owner, and is not transferable. All claims under this warranty must be made through the point of sale. Proof of purchase is required.
This limited warranty is the only warranty applicable to Crestline Bike Co.

CRASH REPLACEMENT POLICY

  • In the event that a damaged bike frame is determined by us to not be the result of a manufacturing defect, we will do our best to make a replacement product available to you at a reduced price, subject to product availability and at Crestline Bike Co.’s sole discretion.

SUBMISSION OF A CLAIM

  • To submit a warranty claim for evaluation, Please send an email with your proof of purchase, some pictures of the damage, and an explanation of how it happened to: warranty@crestlinebikes.com
