Crestline Bike Co. will accept product exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. The product MUST be in its original condition and in the original packaging it was received in. If it is not in the same condition and packaging that it was when you received it, then we cannot accept a return for exchange! Crestline Bike Co. will only process exchanges for product that was purchased online directly from Crestline Bike Co. If you purchased from a Crestline Bike Co. dealer you must contact them about their return/exchange policy.
You also must be the original purchaser with a valid order confirmation or Crestline Bike Co. sales receipt. We only exchange returned product for another Crestline Bike or product - we do not give cash refunds. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to get the product to us. Crestline Bike Co. reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any returned goods. Crestline Bike Co. cannot guarantee that the product you would like to exchange your product for will be in stock.
